Methodology

Our football academy follows a unique methodology built on four fundamental pillars for the development of our young players.

Laying the Foundation

The correct formation of motor habits and mental models is essential for the future success of every footballer. From the very beginning, we seek to ignite and nurture their passion for the sport. Each stage of training has its own specifics and key objectives.

When a child steps onto the field for the first time, all they want is to have fun. They don’t yet imagine becoming like the top players. They are simply eager to play their favorite game with friends. That’s why it’s crucial for us as coaches to show them how wonderful it can be when done together while respecting certain “rules.” These rules are not complex but instead focus on building a positive relationship and effective communication between the child and their coach.

Discipline, respect, and self-control are essential behavioral norms that every child must adopt. Fortunately, most children respond to these principles with great enthusiasm. Our primary mission is to spark their passion so that they approach every challenge on the field with excitement and eagerness.

We refer to them as challenges, not drills, because challenges inspire purpose and visible results at the end. Exercises, on the other hand, often feel like routine tasks without clear objectives. We want our players to face every task as a challenge they want to overcome rather than a simple exercise they must complete.

Ultimately, our goal is to help them develop over time, where achieving objectives becomes more beneficial than merely performing exercises.

Winning Mentality

By presenting children with different challenges, we aim to build a clear and stable link between effort and success. They learn that anything is achievable through hard work.

However, we do not see victory as the sole goal. We ensure it never becomes an obsession for our players.

We love seeing the passion in their eyes—a passion that reflects the genuine desire to surpass their opponents and themselves. It is the passion to celebrate not only personal successes but also those of their teammates.

Victory itself isn’t as important as the willingness to give maximum effort in pursuit of it. This always occurs within the spirit of fair play and respect for opponents.

Positive Competition

In the world’s most popular team game, individual qualities are of great importance. The ability to surpass an opponent has both physical and mental aspects. Speed, agility, technique, coordination, and strength are elements that require constant training to improve.

A footballer’s ability to perform these skills under pressure from an opponent, while constrained by time and space, determines success.

Thus, it’s crucial for every player to view competition positively and strive for dominance over their opponents.

We teach our players that there’s nothing wrong with facing opponents confidently and using their strengths to win. Likewise, losing to an opponent is not a disaster. Losses help us identify mistakes and understand how we were defeated.

The next time we face that opponent, we’ll try a different approach.

Football Intelligence

Regardless of how football evolves in the future, intelligence will always give a player an edge.

The ability to adapt to various situations on a rapidly changing field and recognize game patterns leads to making the right decisions under pressure from time, space, and opponents.

Developed football intelligence allows players to make timely decisions and anticipate others’ actions. Players with smaller physiques can avoid physical duels by positioning themselves in free spaces for receiving the ball.

Developing intelligence is directly related to creative plays and intuitive decisions on the field.

For us, discovering and nurturing intelligence in each child is a top priority. We use software and technological tools to adapt training sessions, creating conditions for intellectual development.

We recognize that the training process is educational in nature, offering experiences that foster learning both during matches and beyond.

Children often form connections between football and life itself. Problem-solving on the field builds confidence in handling situations off it.

Our approach emphasizes the concept of informed choice. Every child is made aware of the consequences of their decisions and is then free to choose their course of action.

Later, decisions must be made with lightning speed and impeccable precision.

We understand that this process is long and requires patience. Therefore, we prepare our players to practice persistence and resilience. Consistent and purposeful actions lead to the results we seek.

Our methodology evolves and improves over time by assimilating and implementing modern approaches based on both our own experiences and partnerships with international academies.
